You can return most new and unopened blenders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return the blenders in a new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. If our blenders’ return is a result of our error or defective blenders, we will refund the full cost of the blenders and shipping charges.

Defective Blenders and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective blenders, blenders damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect blenders received can be returned without penalty. No shipping charge will be applied. When your blenders arrive back to us, we will inspect the blenders and issue you a refund. If the blenders are not defective, shipping fees will apply, and only a partial refund or store credit is issued.

To initiate a return on any of our blenders, you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorisation.

When you contact us, we will give you a printable return shipping label and any further pertinent return instructions for the blenders.
